2.Personal data shall be processed by ARLA-COM in accordance with rules laid down in the law on the protection of personal data. 3.Within the business activity, ARLA-COM collects and processes personal data based on:
a) Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR – in order to perform the contracts concluded between ARLA-COM and customers,
b) Article 6 (1) (c) and Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR – in order to recruit persons interested in the cooperation with ARLA-COM;
d) Article6 (1) (f) and Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR – for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller: in order to provide services for customers, marketingrelated to own services, including informing about the products orservices offered by ARLA-COM, to provide informatics securityrelated to the website http://www.arla-com.eu/;
4.Depending on the objective, the processing of personal data may be either voluntary (however it may be necessary for the implementation of an objective) or obligatory.

7.The personal data shall be processed until the implementation of legally justified interests of ARLA-COM related to the processing of specific data, within the time-limit applicable for statute of limitations related to the performance of an agreement which the processing of personal data is related to or until notifying objections in the scope of data processing for the marketing purposes respectively.
8.Recipients of your personal information may include duly authorised employees and partners of ARLA-COM as well as external service providers (i.e. entities providing IT services, entities providing marketing and promotional services, other entities processing data on behalf of ARLA-COM in accordance with personal data processing outsourcing agreements, accountants, certified auditors, lawyers, administration bodies, governmental services and courts).
